Albrighton Care Ltd
Welcoming homes. Skilled teams. Brighter futures.
We provide high‑quality residential care for children and young people with a range of needs. Our family‑style homes offer stability, experienced staff, and personalised support that helps every child feel valued and understood
We provide high‑quality, child‑centred residential care where young people feel valued, supported, and able to grow. At Albrighton Care Ltd, our family‑style homes offer nurturing environments for children with learning disabilities, emotional and behavioural difficulties, and complex needs. Our aim is to help every young person achieve positive outcomes, develop independence, and move confidently into the next stage of their lives.
Our approach is child‑centred, trauma‑informed, and focused on meaningful progress. We work alongside each young person to support all areas of their development, setting shared goals that promote personal growth and reduce barriers to future success.
“Children’s voices are central to the care they receive. Leaders and staff use creative methods to gain children’s views.” — Ofsted, 2026
Across our homes, we prioritise:
- Nurturing care: Children feel valued, respected, and supported within a positive home environment.
- Voice, choice and participation: Young people are encouraged to share their views and make informed decisions, with advocacy and accessible communication available when needed.
- Education and achievement: We support children to make the most of educational opportunities through resources, individual support, and close partnership with schools.
- Health and wellbeing: Physical, emotional, and mental health needs are promoted through coordinated care and access to healthcare services.
- Communication and inclusion: Individual communication needs are met through tailored approaches that help every child participate and be understood.
- Relationships and independence: We help children maintain positive family and community links, enjoy meaningful experiences, build resilience, and develop skills for adulthood.
- Partnership and safeguarding: We work closely with families, professionals, and external agencies to maintain strong safeguarding and achieve positive outcomes.
All our homes are Ofsted‑registered and rated Good in all areas, reflecting our commitment to consistent, high‑quality care.
